The submission of a manuscript carries with it the author's assurance that

RJPGenerator is a software tool application developed by the administrator of this site for the whole purpose
to facilitate the administration procedures and content generation. It is developed exclusively using
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition,
therefore it falls under the software licensing
conditions of this package. The application sources are freely available upon request.
