Abstract: THE PROJECT PROPOSES A FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH AIMING AT THEORETICAL AND COMPUTATIONAL NEW MODELS OF THE GRAVITATIONAL INTERACTION. QUANTUM EFECTS IN GRAVITATION WILL BE EVALUATED AND NEW COSMOLOGICAL MODELS WILL BE DONE STARTING WITH THE EXPERIMENTAL AND OBSERVATIONAL RESULTS ACQUIRED RECENTLY BY THE SPATIAL MISSIONS.
THE RESEARCH WILL BE ORIENTATED TOWARD FOUR MAIN DIRECTIONS:
- THE FIRST DIRECTION FOCUSES ON THE STUDY OF GENERIC AND HIDDEN SPACE-TIME SYMMETRIES: THE KILLING VECTORS AND TENSORS OF VARIOUS RANKS WILL BE STUDIED AND THE CORRESPONDING CONSERVED QUANTITIES WILL BE DETERMINED. ALSO WILL BE EXPLORED THE ANTISYMMETRIC KILLING-YANO TENSORS USED FURTHER ON IN THE QUANTUM APPROACH OF THE SYMMETRIES. THE EXPLICIT CALCULATION OF THE TENSORIAL STRUCTURES WILL BE PERFORMED MAINLY FOR SPACE-TIMES PERTINENT TO GRAVITATION AND COSMOLOGY.
- IN THE SECOND DIRECTION QUANTUM EFFECTS IN GRAVITATION WILL BE STUDIED. THE QUANTUM OPERATORS CORRESPONDING TO SPACE-TIMES SUPERSYMMETRIES WILL BE EXPLORED AS WELL AS THE ALGEBRAS AND SUPERALGEBRAS OF DIRAC TYPE OPERATORS. THE GRAVITATIONAL AND AXIAL ANOMALIES, AND THE INFINITE DIMENSIONAL KAC-MOODY SUPERALGEBRAS CORRESPONDING TO THE QUANTUM OPERATORS WILL BE INVESTIGATED.
-THE THIRD DIRECTION IS DEVOTED TO BUILDING MODELS OF SPACE-TIME STRUCTURES PERTINENT FOR COSMOLOGY AND ASTROPHYSICS. STRUCTURES ENDOWED WITH DIRAC MONOPOLES AND WITH ANISOTROPIES WILL BE STUDIED AND THE AVERAGING PROCESS OF ANISOTROPIES FOR A DESCRIPTION OF THE RECENT HISTORY OF THE VISIBLE EXPANDING UNIVERSE WILL BE INVESTIGATED.
- THE FOURTH DIRECTION PROPOSES A DETAILED STUDY OF TENSORS OF SUPER-ENERGY TYPE, OF ENERGY-MOMENTUM COMPLEXES AND OF THE RICCI FLOW EQUATIONS. THE CONSTRUCTION OF TENSORS OF SUPER-ENERGY TYPE AND THE ENERGY AND MOMENTUM DENSITIES WILL BE INVESTIGATED STARTING FROM THE SPACE-TIME SYMMETRIES. THE RICCI FLOW EQUATIONS WILL BE APPLIED TO 2D AND 3D GRAVITATION.

5. Anisotropic space-time structures and implications in cosmology and astrophysics (2011-04-30)
6. Super-energy tensors, energy-momentum complexes and Ricci flow equations (2011-10-31)
