  4. The official workshop language is English.

  5. Romanian Visa Formalities
  6. The citizens from the European Union and some other countries (such as Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China (only diplomatic and professional passport), Japan, Mexico, South Korea, USA) do not need a visa to travel to Romania.   7. Financial Support
  8. IAEA granted a financial support in order to cover the travel expenses for a few participants, who needed funding in order to attend the workshop. The cost of their international transport tickets will be reimbursed during the workshop (these participants must provide to the organizers a photocopy of the official international travel documents).

  9. Local transport and other details
  10. The organizers from IFIN-HH will provide free transport from the airport to the hotel(s), by bus, on Sunday 11th of May, 2008, according to an optimized schedule, based on the arrival hours of the flights, communicated in due time by the participants, to the contact person: Dr. A. Luca.
