  • Laboratorul pentru masurari α, β, γ si radon in probe de mediu si materiale radioactive (SALMROM)) face parte din Organismul Integrat de Dozimetrie Interna, Radiochimie si Mediu - OIDIRM / Departamentul de Fizica Vietii si Mediului, din cadrul Institutului National pentru Fizica si Inginerie Nucleara "Horia Hulubei"- IFIN-HH.


    SALMROM este un laborator de incercari competent care isi desfasoara activitatea in conformitate cu standardul SR EN/ISO 17025: 2005. Reamenajarea spatiului de lucru, dotarea cu aparatura si echipamente de cercetare la cerinte moderne, au fost realizate in cadrul Proiectului CEEX, Modul 4, Contr. nr. 108/2006, RENAR. Echipa de lucru este formata din specialisti cu bogata experienta in realizarea de detectoare de radiatii ionizante tip camere de ionizare (omologate si brevetate), sisteme de masura si monitorizare complexe, sisteme spectrometrice, sisteme de monitorizare Radon atmosferic si gaze alfa radioactive, masurari parametri caractaristici detectoare/ traductoare de radiatii pentru aplicatii industriale, medicina, de laborator, sau de cercetare.
    SALMROM este echipat cu aparatura portabila si de laborator, echipamente si instalatii de inalta performanta pentru o gama foarte larga de masurari spectrometrice, incercari si testari, in directa corelare cu prevederile directivelor Europene si a legislatiei nationale si respecta cerintele referentialului SR EN ISO 17025: 2005.


    Domenii de incercare:

    Masurarea activitatii probelor de mediu cu sistemul alfa/beta global MPC 2000DP. Domeniu de masura pentru alfa: (0,001 - 104) Bq. Domeniu de masura pentru beta: (0,5 - 104) Bq.
    Masurarea activitatii de radon si gaze alfa radioactive in probe de mediu cu sistemul Pylon AB-5. Domeniu de masura radon: (0,01 - 1.000.000) pCi/l (0,37 - 4 x 107) Bq/l.
    Masurarea activitatii radionuclizilor gama emitatori continuti in probe de mediu si in probe de materiale radioactive. Domeniu de masura: (fond - 104) Bq.
    Masurarea activitatii probelor de mediu cu sistemul spectrometric alfa OCTETE. Domeniu de masura: (fond - 104) Bq.


    Alte activitati:

    • Masurarea activitatii volumice de radon si gaze alfa radioactive in probe de mediu cu Sistemul CIS-Rn-XX;
    • Realizarea de detectoare de radiatii ionizante tip camera de ionizare sub presiune pentru aplicatii industriale;
    • Activitati de reparari/reconditionari detectoare de radiatii pentru aplicatii industriale.


    Aparatura si echipamente

    • Dozimetru contaminometru α-β-γ pentru masurari de mediu si materiale radioactive cu accesorii - Monitor universal pentru radioprotectie model BERTHOLD UMo LB 123;
    • Sistem de masurare alfa-beta global de fond scazut, cu acesorii, model ORTEC PROTEAN MPC-2000-DP;
    • Sistem portabil de masurare a radonului atmosferic si thoronului, cu accesorii model PYLON AB-5;
    • Spectrometru de laborator multidetector/analizor alfa cu accesorii (Sistem integrat de spectrometrie alfa; Spectrometru alfa multicanal model ORTEC OCTETE;)
    • Spectrometru gama-analizor multicanal portabil cu detector GeHP cu accesorii, model ORTEC DigiDART;
    • Electrometru Keithley;
    • Sistem complex de monitorizare a concentratiei de radon atmosferic.
